Gregory B Morris Sr. is a beauty industry consultant, educator, motivational speaker, and seminar leader. He was born to John and Emma Morris on July 17, 1950. He began his barbering career in Mobile in 1969 and obtained his degree in barbering from Bishop State College in 1990. He served in the United States Army from 1971 to 1973 and attended Business State College with an associate degree in Applied Science. He worked for Williams Professional Styles from 1977 through 1980 and has since worked for Greg Professional Barber and Beauty Salon. He has had many achievements in the beauty industry, including performing artists in barbering, being selected as president of the class of 101 at Dudley College, founding and president of Gulf Coast Beauty Profession, Barber and Beauty Industry Association, Inc, and being a member of Professional Beauty Association. He has also completed various programs in the landscape industry, including Landscape Management, Urban Forestry Certification, and the QC I am training program at Auburn University.
After returning home from serving the country in Vietnam for eight months, he began another chapter of his life. He embarked on a beauty industry journey from 1973 to 1977. He worked for Weed Waiting Professional Styles from 1977 through 1980.

In 2012 Established GBM 3, Inc Government vending, selling, beauty supply, service, equipment, and training to U.S. military.
2019 was awarded Minority Business Accelerator Completed course. He completed the Economic Minority Development Program completed. He also holds a Landscape Management certificate. Mr. Morris completed a land design and plant maintenance program as well as an Urban Forestry Certification program. He attended a QC I training Transportation Association Program at Auburn University. Mr. Morris Completed the Alabama Transportation Assistant program.
